Extension of Submission Deadline for TSCA Reporting

Summary: EPA is extending the submission deadline for manufacturers (including importers) to report certain lists and unpublished health and safety data for 16 specific chemicals that were made subject to the TSCA Health and Safety Data Reporting Rule in a final rule that was published on December 13, 2024 (89 FR 100756). The deadline is extended to May 22, 2026 for all 16 chemicals.
