Jay Finegan, J.D.

Jay Finegan is a member of Dakota's Compliance Services team, where he is responsible for assisting clients with the implementation of Dakota’s products. With over 30 years of industrial experience, he's held educational, technical, and managerial positions including 12 years in EHS management roles. Mr. Finegan has degrees in mechanical engineering, business administration, operations research, and law. He is a Certified Environmental Specialist and holds certifications in HOP, CVI, and LEAN Manufacturing.
